Account Deletion — HEKA Calendar

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your HEKA Calendar account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Fastest)

Open HEKA Calendar and sign in
Go to Settings → Account
Tap Delete Account
Re-authenticate and confirm by typing DELETE

This immediately deletes your Firebase Authentication account, all cloud-synced data, and clears local data on the device. You will receive an on-screen confirmation once complete.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email us to request deletion:

hekacalendar@gmail.com

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm once complete.

Delete Local Data from Your Device

In-App (Local Data Only)

Open HEKA Calendar
Go to Settings → Advanced
Tap Clear All Data → Delete Everything

This permanently removes all notes, journal entries, settings, and profiles stored locally on your device. It does not delete your cloud account.

Export Your Data Before Deletion

Open HEKA Calendar
Go to Settings → Advanced → Data Export
Tap Export JSON

A JSON file containing all your calendar data, journal entries, and settings will download to your device.

What Data Is Deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account (email-based)
All cloud-synced calendar data, journal entries, and tasks
Your birth chart profiles and celestial preferences
Cosmic Circle friend connections and messages

What Data Is Retained

Local device data — remains on your phone until you use Clear All Data or uninstall the app
Anonymous crash logs — stripped of personal identifiers, retained for up to 90 days for debugging
